Tara Elrod is our Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Abundant Health.
Having a deep background in functional and integrative medicine, FNP Elrod brings her "whole health" perspective to every client.
With her Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, she brings extensive practical and experiential knowledge to this growing practice.
Utilizing a patient-centered care model and empowering clients through education, FNP Elrod helps patients to achieve their next level of abundant health!
